Read-only data connection for the Intelligence Engine
This app connects your Procore account to the Creative Intelligence Intelligence
Engine so your team can ask questions of your project data in plain language,
alongside your other business systems. The connection is read-only:
Procore remains your system of record, and the app never writes changes back to Procore.
What this app does
It securely reads project data (RFIs, observations, daily logs, drawings, specifications,
and directory information) from the projects you authorize, so that data can be retrieved
through the Intelligence Engine assistant with a link back to the original record in Procore.
Installation
Install this app into your Procore company from the link provided by Creative Intelligence.
When prompted, select the permitted projects the app is allowed to
access. The app can only read data from the projects you select here.
Confirm the requested read-only tool permissions and complete the install.
That's it on the Procore side — no accounts, passwords, or data exports are required from you.
After installation
Creative Intelligence completes the connection using the service-account credentials
generated during install.
An initial sync brings your selected projects' data into the Intelligence Engine.
Ongoing changes are kept current automatically.
You will be notified when the assistant is ready to answer questions about your Procore data.
To add or remove projects later, use App Management in your Procore
Company Admin tools to update the app's permitted projects.
Security
The connection is read-only and issues only read requests. Credentials are stored securely
and used solely for your connection. No data is written back to Procore, and nothing is
used to train third-party models.
